Interview with youth activist, Antonia Cristafaro-Hark.

For my third move, I interviewed my friend/youth activist, Antonia, regarding her work and what inspires her to dedicate her life to activism. Antonia co-founded and helps lead a Twin-Cities based activism group called Young People's Action Coalition (YPAC). I interviewed her about the work she does and what inspires her to work in activism.

Members of YPAC pictured above. Antonia was one of the founders, and as of right now it consists of only around 12 members. Even with 12 people YPAC manages to get a lot done in their community, and have worked to raise awareness/solve issues regarding race, poverty, environmental harm, and education.

A member of YPAC works on their community co-op pictured left. YPAC has three core pillars that they organize their work around. The third pillar is environmental work and part of that is running a local co-op in Northfield MN, where they grow sustainable, local produce for their community.
