Environmental Activism

For my first move, I investigated environmentalism throughout all of recorded history. This was made much easier than one would think by an online timeline of environmental history that was put together by a college professor with support from the American Society of Environmental History. This website provided access to reference of environmentalism in some of the oldest known records of human history, all the way up to major environmental catastrophes that have happened within the past few years.I used this research not only to understand how far environmentalism has come, but to also understand what historically has been the consistent reasoning for people to protect the environment.
